after it run NinjaTrader 7, go to menu -> Tools -> Edit NinjaScript -> Indicator -> select “TOM Oil Well Indicator” It can be opened.

After pressing the button, click Compile. Next, add indicator “TOM Oil Well Indicator” Add to your chart.
