Total Breakthrough Training: Primary Focus & Mastery Units

This training is 22 weeks, however you can adjust this timing to suit your own requirements and schedule.

Each Mastery Unit of your training focuses on Tony’s work with one family and as you experience the transformations taking place you will also be learning how to model yourself after this master interventionist. You will be discovering layer upon layer of relationship and strength within the families. In every case there is an ownership process happening where you learn how Tony guides an individual or couple to redefine their challenges, create meaningful goals, and strengthen relationships, coupled with an understanding and expansion of their ability to connect with their world and larger family unit. This is a method for true coaching success at the highest level.

In the training we are going to be teaching you in detail about the following strategies:

6 Months of Live Power & Practice Labs

Live Power Sessions. I get six months access to live Power Sessions, where I can get personal questions answered. I’ll also hear other coaches getting help and coaching for their practices. I’ll hear and participate in coaching in real time, and I’ll get a weekly boost of inspiration and community. In these live sessions youʼll get to meet with the Robbins-Madanes coaches and special guests, who will answer your questions and work with you  on any area of your coaching career. Invaluable.

Live Practice Lab. I get six months of access to weekly Practice Labs, where I can learn a strategy and get immediately paired with another student to practice it, getting valuable coaching experience every time I attend. The easiest way to build my skills as a coach. We roll up our sleeves and obtain real-life coaching skills at an accelerated pace. In these live trainings youʼll learn a new coaching strategy.  Every time you show up, youʼre growing your skills.

Total Breakthrough Training Certifications

Completing the Total Breakthrough Training earns you a Certificate of Completion for 100 Hours of Training as a Breakthrough Specialist Coach.

In addition to this certificate, WHEN you graduate from Core 100 AND Core 200, then you will earn a separate RMT Mastery Certification. This certificate brings a whole area of relationship expertise to your practice.
