Each lesson enables integration on three levels. First, each lesson has several parts that work together to integrate the whole body through a particular movement pattern (a Feldenkrais example). The sublessons in each lesson organize the same parts of the body into different movement patterns. Third, you can use the ten “Rolfing” Sessions as a template. The entire set of ten lessons has been carefully designed to integrate the whole body into more comforting patterns.
