How it Works
MindSparke will train you to follow a predetermined program.-A set of exercises to improve your focus, problem solving and focus.-Ability to solve problems and memory. The training does require no special skills. The exercises start with a simple sequence on a grid. You will be asked to repeat it. As you improve your mental abilities and learn more complex patterns, you will recognize repeating elements and follow them.
Training begins at 15 minutes per day, and then increases to 30 minutes in the second two weeks. We recommend that you train four to five times per day and for at least two months for best results.
The training results are permanent because they make measurable improvements in your brain’s functioning. The improvements you see will last a lifetime.
