Clearing Trauma with The Sutras: What Are the Sutras?

The first week is about establishing a foundation by learning how to clear your inner and outer space. You also learn about the ancient Hindu Vedas, and how to work with the sutras. To prepare you for the practice, Goddess Saraswati will be invoked. The first five sutras will be instilled in you. These five sutras are powerful in clearing old trauma from your body. A guided reflection on silence is provided and how to activate it.

To be successful, the sutras require fertile ground-seeded. This ground is provided by regular spiritual practice, which expands your consciousness as well as heightens your intuitive abilities.
