With an MSc in Strength and Conditioning and over a decade of practical experience and research in the field, he helps practitioners and leaders of communities from all around the globe understand the depth of the human experience.

Phasic Body Bundle

1. General Preparedness
It is a system built on a reliable and proven method to make you stronger, fitter, faster, more mobile, resilient to injury, and efficient in your recovery. It can blend into sports-specific requirements or support daily living by helping create a healthy and well-functioning body.
In practice: A vocabulary of the most important bodyweight exercises such as raises, lifts, helixes, pushes, pulls, squats, rolls, hinges, lunges, stots, kips, casts, spins, jumps, landings, swings, rebounds – assistance drills to strengthen and compensate all your jointsâ weak links and countless other extras such as warm up, cool down, breathing techniques, theoretical lectures and so forth.
- Mobility
This will be all about improving ranges of motion not only passively, but with deliberate control. The difference from classic mobility training is that this system stemmed from a needs analysis of the most recurrent patterns in a movement practice. You will be offered the very best selection of patterns and drills.
In practice: We will expand your lexicon that will update your training regime with a variety of lunges, stances, splits, sits, kneelings, pancakes, reverse hinges, tables, bridges, extensions, side flexions, curls and beyond.
- Dynamic conditioning
Learn a rich language that will address your ability to move on the ground connecting an immense variety of movement patterns. It will teach you to maintain good coordination under fatigue, to organize and stabilize different body parts, and to sustain all joints in a variety of angles, ranges and conditions. In practice:Â You will learn a variety of locomotion elements, crawls of all kinds, dynamic push-ups, knee and elbow levers, headstands, handstand transitions, presses, traverses, legs manoeuvres, and a variety of planks to combine in a never-ending and liberating puzzle of sweat and enjoyment.

This mini-course will teach you to stand on your hands freely without support. You will learn a methodology used with thousands of students so far that just works. How to prep for it, how to structure your sessions, how to overcome the fear of falling, and how to reach this very important goal. This will be crucial for your development in this field.
