Vitamin You can access the online program at your own pace. Each day of training has been organized with expert video instruction so you always know what to do. Here are some helpful details.
- Training Schedule You receive 4 weeks of structured programming with 6 sessions per week. Clients usually set aside 15–30 minutes per session.
- Access for Life: Once you have Vitamin it’s yours for life, so you can go at your own pace and revisit the program as many times as you want.
- Equipment: None. There are no bars, weights or other restrictions. You can do Vitamin Anywhere that has some open floor space.

Three Steps to Better Physical Control
1. Watch the Daily Tutorial
We make it easy for you to decide which skills to practice each morning. Each tutorial also shows you how to perform the movement at your level. This makes your practice more tailored to your abilities.
2. Every day, practice
Turn off the video and start moving. Whether it’s five minutes or twenty, spend the time you have available moving your body with full, mindful attention to how each motion feels and what you can do to control it in finer detail.
3. Reflect and share
Writing down your experience helps you to understand and learn from each practice session. That’s why we encourage you to post each day in our private Facebook group. Our coaches are available to offer guidance and support.
What Movements are you going to learn?
You’ll build control by practicing 24 targeted movements over the four weeks of the course. This isn’t nearly enough time to master each movement, which means you can revisit Vitamin Continue to learn and improve.

Getting to know the Floor
You’ll practice low movement patterns like rolling and crawling to build your vestibular sense and coordination.

You’ll work on locomotive and turning movements to develop strength and balance for smooth transitions.

What impact will this have on my other training?
We created this course to go with any program you may be following. You can add it as a warm-up course.-Up, or just practice as an independent activity “skill” session. It’s completely flexible.
What skills can I acquire?
Vitamin There are many skills that can be taught, including hand balancing, locomotion and tumbling. But the goal isn’t to master any particular skill, so we like to keep each day a surprise so you can stay curious and enjoy each day.
How long does this take to complete?
You’ll get the most out of this course if you can spend at least 30 minutes on your daily practice. But we know you’re busy, and some days that might be tough. You can use whatever time you have. Even a 10 minute time limit is better than none.
What if I can’t do some of the movements?
That is what we fully expect. Some of them are difficult. Some of them will be hard. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses, so we’ve got variations to make any movement easier or more difficult, depending on your needs.
Is that enough time?
You only have as much time as you have. Your results will reflect how much effort you put into each movement. If you have 45 minutes, that’s great. But if all you have is 10, it’s certainly better than zero, isn’t it?
Do I need any equipment?
You won’t need any exercise equipment at all. An internet connection is required and a device capable of displaying video. Other than that, you will need to wear comfortable clothes and smile.
What happens if I miss a day of work?
You will. Life happens, and that’s OK. We’ve planned for that with a catch-Each week you can access up to one day. If you miss a day, you can always come back later. You’ll get lifetime access to everything, so there’s no pressure.
How is this different to Elements?
Elements is our introductory program, which focuses on exploring 3 core locomotor patterns. Vitamin Motor control is specifically addressed by this program. It allows you to perform more movements without having to master them all.
What happens after the four weeks are over?
We’ll hold hands and sing Kumbaya. Just kidding. Many people choose to repeat the experience again and again because they have lifetime access. You’ll know what’s right for you when the time comes.
Can’t I just learn this from YouTube?
YouTube is great for finding skill tutorials, but it’s terrible for focus. This practice is built on the idea that instead of searching through the entire internet, you simply show up and do the one thing we’ve prepared for you
I decided to build a foundation of strength and functional integrity. I knew it was time for me to learn from the great people I met. GMB. I could see they had a fun outlook and real talent. Vitamin Really excelled at breaking down complicated moves into a very basic form. I love to do bear crawls in many different ways. I wanted to be able to move more fluidly on ground with my daughter, and to see what heights I could reach.
It’s amazing how results sneak up on you. I can take a break, do some strength training, then go out to a grassy area and play around organically. Then I realize that I’ve made progress just by increasing my interoception.
