As an affiliate or JV Partner ‘Influencer Marketing Academy’, you’ve read and fully agree to the terms listed on the Official FTC Website – http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/guides/guides.shtm To ensure that your promotions comply with the new guidelines.
ABSOLUTELY NO NEGATIVE MARKING. No “This is a Scam” Turn around and promote the product using your affiliate link. This will result not only in your commissions being reduced, but also the possibility of losing any future products. You will not be permitted to promote any future products of our company.
If the issue is not resolved immediately, we reserve all rights to take legal action. We’re not trying to be unfair or crude, but guys, come on, we have a right to protect our brand. That kind of marketing doesn’t help anyone and isn’t fair to our company. Of course you’re entitled to your opinion, but we still have the right to protect how our affiliate links are used ?
Our monthly payout has a minimum of $200 in commissions.
Your conversion to sales must not be significantly lower than the average in order to be eligible for any prize. This decision is entirely at our discretion
For sales made 2 months prior, payment will be processed on 20th of each month. You will be paid in full
If you are an affiliate and purchase the product through your own link, we will VOID ALL YOUR COMMISSIONS.
Affiliate sales must be considered legitimate transactions according to our terms and conditions. All transactions will be automatically reviewed and monitored. Our system will flag your account if any sales transactions associated to your affiliate ID or account do not match the types of qualified traffic generated by normal traffic generation methods. This will prompt a manual review of all transactions and, if necessary, your traffic practices and sites. Any questionable transactions are subject to investigation. We reserve the right not to pay commissions until we have completed the review process. If any transactions are deemed questionable following a manual inspection, any earned compensations could be invalidated, and you may not receive them.
Affiliates are not allowed to use keyword-based advertising (such search engine PPC), targeting a keyword of Dan Dasilva. Influencer Marketing Academy Brands (For example, you might not target the keyword “Influencer Marketing Academy” (in your PPC campaign).
Domain names containing Dan Dasilva are not allowed for affiliates Influencer Marketing Promote brands that you own. For example, you may not use influencermarketingacademyreview.net, because it has the term “InfluencerMarketingAcademy” It is also one of our brands.
You must not give away any of OUR materials (e.g. eBook or report) without our prior written consent. For example, you cannot ask for an email address in return for our eBook.
Please make sure your review/bonus site doesn’t accidentally (or deliberately) represent us in any manner. So, using our logo on the page is fine, but maybe not in the header. Use your discretion.
Your affiliate link may not be used on any of OUR pages (such comments section).
We don’t allow cashbacks, rebates, giftcards, ipads etc.. Information product bonuses are allowed and encouraged.
During further review, you may be asked to provide the following:
Your full name
Your phone number in case we need you to be interviewed
Method of promotion (i.e.: email marketing, Facebook, Solo, Blog, etc)
Photo of promo, email list, solo ad receipts, blog display, website, etc.
