What’s The Difference Between The Beginner And Intermediate Program?
Based on your level of training, the beginner and intermediate programs were created.
Intermediate program requires that you have been lifting consistently on a structured workout plan for at LEAST one year. If you do not meet this requirement, then it’s suggested that you start out with The beginner program.
The reason for this is because a beginner shouldn’t train like an intermediate does and an intermediate shouldn’t train like a beginner does. A beginner would soon burnout and hit plateaus if they trained like an intermediate. An intermediate would not achieve optimal results if they trained like a beginner. The beginner and intermediate programs have different approaches to training, progression, nutrition, and they are optimized based upon your training experience.

What is this program like the SHRED Program?
The BUILD The SHRED program focuses primarily on building lean muscle, while the SHRED program focuses mainly on leaning down. However, the SHRED program focuses primarily on building lean muscle.
