This 2-part live online class will be held on January 17th and 24th at 10:00am-12:30pm EST. Both classes are included in the price.

Jamie We will discuss how to clean out your personal and professional energy. This energetic cleansing will prepare the space you will use on a daily base. Together, you will discuss the basics of energy. You will receive answers to many questions, including: What is the energetic systems? What role does Chakras play? How can I see my subtle light body? What can I do to make my thoughts work for me?

Learn light breathing and physical exercises to enhance your psychic abilities. Jamie Guided meditations will be used to connect with your spirit guides. You will also learn the basics of clairvoyant, auditory, and clairsensitive communication with your guides, loved ones, and pets.
