COURSE STRUCTURE
STAGE ONE – Introduction to Futures
WEEK 1
The first week of the Career Training Programme focus on providing a solid basis and theoretical framework for all trainee traders. This stage covers the essential technical skills, fundamental relationships and drivers of futures markets from a day trader’s perspective. Whilst everyone joins the course with different experience levels, this first week brings every trader up to the same level of expertise on all the aspects of global futures trading before the programme shifts into 5th gear in the final two stages of development. Additional optional extra sections are available for those seeking greater basic understanding.
STAGE TWO – Intensive Skill Development
WEEK 2 · WEEK 3 · WEEK 4

Axia Futures has an extensive and rigorous skill development training protocol. The foundation of the training is based on a cognitive framework of awareness, practice, feedback and adjustment in our three core competencies of Order Flow, Volume Profiling and Macro Geopolitical event trading opportunities. Understanding the mechanics of market movements, knowing how and when to execute trades and adapting to new narratives and opportunities creates a process based framework of awareness, practice, feedback and constant adjustment.
STAGE THREE – Immersive Trading Floor Development
WEEK 5 · WEEK 6
This part of the training is an intensive all-encompassing development process where the student is immersed in the experience of being a professional trader. Every single day, the trainee is benchmarked against the performances of our Senior and Elite traders. Receive real-time feedback on trade ideas and execution, debriefing strategies, psychology and new trade development. This constant feedback loop has one aim – to rapidly accelerate a student’s understanding of the opportunity landscape presented in the day.

AND MENTORS
- The course is delivered by our Head Trainer Richard Bailey who has over 10 years of experience as a Futures trader, focusing his trading activity on multiple asset classes and trade strategies.
- Richard also leads the Axia Futures technical analysis team and is responsible for generating structured macro event strategies for all Central Bank meetings for the London trading team. During the delivery of the entire 6-week intensive training programme our trainees are also exposed to professional AXIA Traders and mentors with a wealth of market experience.
- Alex, who leads the incredibly successful London Trading Team and who has a track record of training and building some of the top futures traders in Europe, provides key strategy and development sessions for the trainees during the programme.

The Career Training Programme takes place at our Trader Training Facilities in 4 Endsleigh Street, London, WC1H 0DS. The Training room is located right next to our Trading Floor. Each trainee has his/her allocated workstation along with all Trading Software required for the duration of the course.
LIMASSOL – CYPRUS
The Career Training Programme takes place at our state-of-the-art Cyprus Trading Floor where you get your own trading desk located at Vasilikon 26, 4529, Pyrgos Lemesou. Each trainee has his/her trading desk along with all Trading Software required for the duration of the course. This location offers a unique opportunity to learn and trade among a growing team of professional traders and an even more immersive training experience.
ONLINE
For students who wish to attend the course remotely, our Career Training Programme is delivered in an immersive Live Streaming learning environment. The trainees have live access to the interactive London classroom sessions. By using and leveraging key technology we ensure that the online training provides a visually powerful and interactive environment so that trainees feel as if they are on one of our trading floors. This enhances and creates a rich trader development experience for those not able to train with us in-house.
