Growth Engineering – Ship Experiments That Drive Real Impact

Learn how to ideate, experiment, and implement growth strategies that drive real impact as a growth engineer
Course overview
How Growth Engineers Become a Real Catalyst for Product Growth
A decade ago, growth engineering didn’t really exist. Companies leaned heavily on marketing and paid acquisition to drive user growth. But that changed when companies like Facebook and Pinterest started to pioneer a new model: using product-driven, algorithmic experiments to accelerate growth directly from the product itself.
😅 Today, growth engineering is a powerful lever—but still not well understood. Many engineers entering the space face challenges like:
– Understanding the key differences between growth and traditional product engineering
– Knowing how to design and run experiments that actually move the needle
– Figuring out what data to collect and which metrics truly matter
– Learning how to think beyond execution and operate like a full-stack growth owner
😎 In this course, Vaibhav and Sriram draw from years of experience at LinkedIn, Coinbase, Opendoor, Postman, and other top startups to help engineers:
– Master the fundamentals of growth engineering
– Run experiments effectively using real tools and proven frameworks
– Build the right instrumentation to track meaningful metrics
– Operate with ownership, turning ideas into experiments and experiments into results
✅ WHO WILL MOST BENEFIT FROM THIS COURSE:
– Engineers curious about what growth engineering actually involves 🤔
– Builders who want to go beyond coding and drive business impact 🧠
– Anyone excited to learn experimentation frameworks and tools 🧪
– Engineers looking to grow their product, team, and career 🚀
❌ WHO THIS IS NOT FOR:
– Folks looking for deep dives into specific – growth channels like SEO or paid marketing
– Engineers focused on platform, infra, or non-growth technical domains
– Someone building company-specific growth strategies without hands-on implementation
Who is this course for
03 Growth Engineering Managers who are looking for best practices and ways to enable their engineers for success
