As women leaders, we create a new path for the generations ahead of us. The women who follow our work create new lives for themselves and those around them. It’s okay that we have fears of being seen, fears of being watched and fears of being unsafe. But it’s also our job to reprogram these fears and live as solid, bold, powerful women who find their sense of security within and create safe spaces for others.
