Here’s what’s real.
I’m far from perfect and I know what it’s like to feel held back by money blocks and a dysregulated nervous system.
My money journey started 17 years ago when I became a single mom very suddenly with two small children, no income, and a ton of unhealed trauma. I wanted to give my kids a childhood they would be proud of. I wanted to travel. I wanted a life full of joy. I wanted to live my PURPOSE.
But I was so mired in trauma-responses and financial stress that I couldn’t think about anything else.
Luckily, I listened to that voice inside that told me I was meant to make an impact and be wildly prosperous doing it, and I went on an epic 15-year journey to get where I am today.
I spent years going deep into emotional healing, the science of manifesting, and financial wellness. I tapped into and healed my money blocks at the root.
I learned that for manifesting to really work – first, you have to heal what’s blocking it. This powerful knowledge changed my life. I stepped out of fear and overwhelm and into abundance beyond my wildest dreams.
I learned that to shift your relationship with money PERMANENTLY you need a “bottom-up” approach based in neuroscience.
Now, I help coaches, entrepreneurs, therapists, successful women & impact-driven humans heal their relationship with money, heal emotional responses holding them back from their next level of success, and step into their next level of income and impact.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not perfect.
I forget things (hello ADHD!), I tend to take on too much, I can be a perfectionist, and I have to be reminded to ask for help. To list just a few! But in spite of a laundry list of traumas and a past full of every money block imaginable, I’ve created a pretty dang abundant life for myself.
My secret? I never do it alone and I have a system to manifest living abundantly in my purpose that works.
