This hands-on course includes over 4 hours of lab work.-on recording prepares you to:
- Assess and treat chronic neck and back pain, hamstring tendinopathy (psoas pain), sacroiliac dysfunction, and other conditions. Hands-On-site labs will show you how to determine your lumbopelvic.-hip complex’s (LPHC) force-coupling joint-By-joint, which covers key topics such as postural analysis, orthopedic assessment and testing of dynamic and functional movements patterns.
- Stretch, strengthen, and release tightness in the psoas major and iliacus musculature. To manage myofibrosis, use PNF techniques in combination with multidisciplinary treatments. This will help to lengthen and strengthen the posterior kinetic muscles.-chain, both locally or globally.
- Correct upper-and lower-Crossed syndromes. Take home evidence-Taping, exercise, stretching, and taping for postural imbalances and chronic pain. This is in addition to manual therapy and instrument.-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) treatment plans
- Identify and treat muscular chains while restoring joint stability. Consider the roles of muscle slings and synergists in your rehabilitation. Explore a comprehensive rehabilitation approach in laboratory that includes functional taping, trigger point therapy and myofascial releases.-Based interventions
